I got suckered into filling out a form. But, I always use a disposable email until I know the company is solid. At best, what they stated on the site was misleading, at worst it was a scam.

Spam Site that has a very low user rating Avoid this website. They just want to collect your information and make money off of you. Just do a google search for mortgage + (your city name) and deal with someone locally. Again, Avoid this website!

Despite ten years of continuous deceptive advertising, spamming, and outright lies, this site is still going strong. Advertisements frequently include deliberately deceptive claims or outright lies. Like may other sleazy online service providers, they use an "affiliate" network to insulate themselves from being charged with fraud. Whenever questioned about any of their programs, they can simply say it was a "rogue" affiliate. Despite these claims, the rogue affiliates never seem to disappear, this is because the "rogue affiliates" are in fact doing exactly what they're supposed to. Supposedly a clearing house for connecting borrowers with lenders, in fact it's just a service that collects contact information and sells it to anyone who's willing to buy, including known criminal organizations, convicted felons, and boilerroom scammers. Under no circumstances should you trust any company who uses this service to acquire leads.

I site that advertises next to your emails is suspicious, and a site whose graphic design for said ad looks like it was designed on a windows '95 (despite claiming to be competent in handling other people's money) is VERY suspicious.

They are now spamming my Yahoo email account with sponsored links at the bottom of my Inbox. Stay away!

Claims to help you find a lower mortgage saving you "$3000" (a year? over the lifetime of your mortgage?) as per the "State of the Union". Data-mining.

be warned this is a scam/fraud/phishing/spam/identity theft site this site collects quite a bit of your personal information promising to give you in return lower auto insurance quote. the fact is when you finally finish their in depth questionnaire that signs you up for identity theft, fraud and spam they always give return with "At this time we are unable to provide you with the service you requested.", but you can still sompare rates at the sites below and just give you links to popular auto insurance companies.

Spammy garbage that ***** has the gall to put in their desktop weather app as ads.

I am amazed on how well this place disguises itself like a public service when it’s website and e-mail are tactics highly misleading! Avoid this even visting this website... and the only reason you would ever consider giving them your e-mail, phone, or home address is if you’re a glutton for punishment!

This site is misleading at best. They bait you with advertising which promises some kind of savings for which they have no intent on helping to provide you. Their objective is to get you to input your data and then sell your information.

Spam, phishing.

Would hate to see that this is a legit site. Using excessive popup is not good business. How the site works shows their level of Scam opportunity.

The site does exactly what it says it will do: if you put in honest information, you will be contacted by people offering services that could help you reduce the amount of debt you owe, or help you improve your cash flow by changing the amount and type of debts you have outstanding. If you think there is a magic bullet to solve your problems, you do not live in the real world ! Fixing your debt situation will take work, and may be painful... but it CAN be done, and these folks can help !

Another Experian Interactive site spamvertized via their affiliate program, this time with the false and/or misleading subject "President Reduces Amount Homeowners Owe" sent from a nonexistent domain - ***** - and using ***** redirectors to evade spam filters. Experian pays bounties for you and your personal information gleaned through spamcampaigns, regardless of the legality of those campaigns. They do not police their affiliates. You decide if you want to share your personal details with a firm that would sanction breaking the law to grow their own business.
