I have had no problems with this host thus far. In fact, they've done excellently. Lately, it seems they've also had a renewed push to improve themselves -- something that is the mark of a good company.

They were really slow, wanted a refund, they said they sent it but never did.

I was ok with them until Jan 01, 2011. A lot of customers since then are very angry. For the new year, they moved thousands of sites to restricted servers that simply stop working for no reason at all. This makes the site go down for days on end until you can finally contact support and have them reset all of your mysql processes.
My site has been down for 3 days and they have done nothing. They simply ignore me.

Never had a problem with Lunarpages and I have been using them for years. They are cheap and never have downtime. They have never scammed me despite having all my personal information (including credit card) on file - it is these bogus ratings that make WOT a poor service because so often the domain lists that it references are utter rubbish. (Like helpmyos for example)

They are a good webhosting service. I have been using them for years with only having downtime once, and it was resolved with a few hours.
