In reference to mrcj22: if they advertise a part as working for the computer and technical services confirms that the part will work, and the part actually does not, that rather IS their problem.

Ghostery caught several analytics trackers including adwords. Have used this store many times over multiple years for upgrades, had overall excellent experience both with support and with the products. Once had to return an item, they handled it without issue.

I just bought 4GB of RAM to upgrade an older model MAC, the items took a week to arrive (I expected longer as it was coming to the UK from the US), and the pricing was better than on the Apple store. The items arrived well packaged, and the MAC accepted the upgrade without a problem. I will be going through this store for any future purchases.

Always ship fast, and their products are high quality. In reference to Doctor X: If you ordered the wrong part, that is not their problem. Their website is very explicit as to what item supports what Apple product.
