Is magnamail.com.au Safe?

Sending out mail claiming you have WON $25000 if you make a order. On calling the company and asking for the owner "He does not take phone call. The owner clearly is Alex Waldman ( ***** ) as stated in the Pubic Who is information. At first they claimed they ( customer service ) didn't know that person and only said they did after told I got the information from Who is information. Misleading claims & SCAM and the ACCC have been advised.

I've been placing orders with Magnamail since about 1997. The first order I think we sent everything back as it didn't suit our needs. They sent refunds promptly. Sometimes the packaging isn't all it should be and a few things I ordered arrived broken. Again they sent a refund promptly when the merchandise was returned. I am careful with what I choose to buy. Everything I have ordered has arrived and whenever I returned an item they have made a prompt refund. When I found an item in the catalogue recently that I wanted and couldn't find on the website, I phoned and the person I talked to was able to locate it and it arrived soon after I placed my order.

Very unreliable, Advertise goods and do not send. A) When queried weeks later say they will not be restocking. B) Second order, sent part order claim remainder would not be sent for 3 months. Arrival after Christmas. C) Still advertise items that they claim they do not have in stock and are not due for some time and/or are not going to be restocked.
