Only one order had an incorrectly shipped part and support quickly rectified the problem and shipped the correct parts. Very professional and courteous.

I've bought filament and items from makergeeks.com and I've had nothing but a good experience. They even threw in free trial filament, no extra charge.

If you check out the 3d printing subreddit / other 3d printing forums, this is not the place it used to be, what you order is anyway from a month to 6 months behind, when it does finally ship, parts are broken or missing. When you contact customer support about the missing / broken parts be ready to wait about 2 months before they get back to you then another several months of waiting for the parts to come. Ask for a refund, you have to wait 3 or 4 months for the refund check to come after asking about half a dozen times. Tl;dr never order anything from maker geeks at all, you will barely receive your product, and if you do you will spend the next year trying to sort out the items that are missing or damaged due to their packing methods.

I have used this site many times and have bought many items. Never had a problem. I use NoScript and most of the linked scripts are just ad tracking.

badly prepackaging items from china at much higher prices. better off doing business directly with China partners, especially since from our experience they do care and offer far better customer support.
