***** does not properly honor warranties. They will find an excuse not to fix the product. Buyer beware, the entire product you purchase from mall.cz is not under a warranty. ***** uses loopholes in the Czech law to deny the warranty and hope you will accept their decision and not go to the courts. They know the courts are slow and expensive so they take this chance to save money and NOT HONOR YOUR WARRANTY.
