Is maxthon.com Safe?

Note: Long comment because I don't feel short ones are sufficiently informative (thanks WOT for not limiting word length!) Pretty good browser. Apparently (per its own FAQS)caches much of the web - like Google cached search result does - to bring up sites a good bit faster much of the time vs. IE, Firefox or Chrome. Sometimes doesn't seem faster but never seems slower than the "big 3." Sometimes amazingly fast. Occasionally crashes, but so does Firefox in my experience. Appears safe, though I've only been using for a couple of weeks, so this is just my experience, though I have yet to find a site rating service with complaints about safety, malware, etc. Ironically, download speeds on it test 50% slower than on "coventional" (eg, IE,FF, Chrome), likely due to its caching routines, so best for truly browsing, but use others for heavy downloading.
