This is a difficult site to rate. The products themselves are top notch. However, the company's behavior & conduct is not nearly as flattering. User Reviews are supposed to be honest opinions of experiences. The outright aggressive behavior towards those which left negative opinions is concerning. Going to extreme of threatening Reviewers with lawsuits is disturbing.
