I found their website to be straight forward and without the B@#$%^@% some sites use to keep you there searching for hours. More importantly , Items shipped fast , accurate notice and before it was due. I ordered 2 memory sticks, 1 was bad. I emailed them and explained how I came to this conclusion and they sent another, no hassle at all. this is the important part, this is where some go bad. they may ship it, but then its a run around or leave you hanging. well you dont have to worry about that here with these guys.

You're always skeptical when buying/ordering stuff like this. Is it gonna work? Is it worth it? Is it legit? YES!!! I can say it is!!!! Ordered 2 memory sticks unfortunately one was bad BUT they helped me diagnose which one and replaced it IMMEDIATELY! Definitely recommend and will buy more for next computer!

My old Dell XPS 8700 tower needed more RAM, and their website guided me to the exact part needed. I placed the order Saturday morning and it arrived cross country Monday via USPS. Installing it was amazingly easy. The hardest part was cleaning out the many years of dust that had accumulated inside the computer.

Fast and accurate service. No hassle returns even if the parts you purchased were installed. I have dealt with this company for years and have never had anything but 100% satisfaction with them.

I needed to expand the RAM for my new core-i5 mini-micro. I had no idea what to buy. MemoryStock has an app that scanned my computer and made the recommendation. The RAM arrived early and installed in under 10 minutes with no problems. Great product. Great service. I highly recommend MemoryStock

On Feb 23rd, I ordered a 4GB Chip for my Synology DS1512+ (Turns out to only support 2GB). The chip would hang my device. I got an RMA. Ordered a 2GB chip, and tested the 2GB before returning (in case both had to go back). it worked, I explained the issue, and that the docs for DS1512+ say it ONLY supports up to 2GB... They immediately processed the refund, but for the CHEAPER memory that was more recent. (Short $8, basically). I emailed them, explained what happened, and DID NOT EXPECT Much... The next day, the refund for the missing $8 came through! Awesome. They even apologized for the error. I don't care about the mistake, but I do care how it gets handled. They handled both items really well... I wish them good Business!

About 4 weeks ago, I started working on a RAM upgrade to an HP 15-bs234wm laptop. I’ve only done one laptop upgrade and the ‘process’ is tedious and time-consuming. I jumped on the internet and looked for an 8GB memory chip that would ‘fit’ this machine. Not remembering which company I had used for a DELL laptop I did a couple of years back, I just hit the first one (CRUCIAL) and found the RAM that the website said would work. After I received the RAM, installed, and put it back together (before testing), the machine would not boot. All I got was a ‘blinking’ caps lock key (that I found out later would tell me a ‘code’). I tried everything the CRUCIAL people told me to do (update BIOS, do a soft reset on BIOS, check the msconfig for ‘max memory’, and a few other things I’ve since forgotten) to get this RAM to work. I finally packed it up and sent it back for a replacement thinking I just got a bad chip. After about 10 days, I received another one from CRUCIAL and this time I left the machine opened so I wouldn’t have to go thru that disassembly again if it didn’t work! Sure enough, after I inserted their replacement RAM, I got the same results. Their RAM installed gave me the same results as if NO ram was installed!! I packed this one up and sent it back for a REFUND – which cost me about $10 just to ship it. Now, I’m left with no other options that I can find. I searched again, found YOUR website and ordered from MEMORYSTOCK. I received YOUR chip today and installed it in short time. The machine booted up immediately and now I have 8GB of memory!! My summary -- MEMORYSTOCK has quality RAM - CRUCIAL does not! If I ever have the need for quality components, I will come to MEMORYSTOCK. If anyone ever asks me a source - I will tell them MEMORYSTOCK! I’m not a techie but know enough to do things like this. I’d hate to think what a tech shop would have done since it wouldn’t be their own machine. Fortunately I have the patience to wait it out and get the proper remedy. THANK YOU ! Just wanted you guys to know!!

Great customer service. I received my product and 1 of the items was defective. I contacted them and they sent a replacement part immediately. I’ll definitely do business with them again if needed.

They had recommended the correct RAM from the beginning--I had issues with my new Lenovo A540-24API not registering one of the RAM memory slots. Since it takes a lot of steps to get to the memory, I did not want to look for the solution that I thought it might ultimately be--not seated correctly. The solution specialist helped me download software that determined that one slot was not recognizing the RAM chip. I took it apart and saw that I had not installed the RAM correctly in my haste. Six E-mails back and forth, when I was the culprit, BUT they continued to help until we found a solution. They knew the Lenovo better than the company, which could not even tell me the maximum RAM for the model--no kidding. Trust them!

Great quality on the house brand memory chips. Excellent website for finding the right memory for your machine. The coolest feature is the Scanner - that will look at your computer, tell you what is in your machine and then tell you exactly what you need! Where in the world have these guys been my whole life. WOW~ to Service, price and quality.

I order 8gig ram for my wife's Lenovo laptop from Memorystock because they had the cheapest...The stick I received didn't work, so I called them and they said they'd put a new stick in the mail that day with a return label for the defective one...They did and they did not charge me for a second stick. Instead they trusted me and I them..The new stick arrived and works like a charm...I returned the defective one and thanked them for working with me so expeditiously and with no arguments...I highly recommend them...Their customer service was top notch in my case.
