Is merchantconnect.com Safe?

This site is a valid credit card processing company that our business has used for years. I don't understand why " poor site reputation" keeps popping up. I have never had a problem with this site. I log on to print out our company credit card sales statement each month and to verify daily credit card sales whenever there is a question. Please check out why this pop up keeps coming up!!

Can't quite figure out how the negative rating is here, since all the comments are positive. Elavon (used to be Nova) is the credit card processing company recommended by Costco to its membership, and i've been using it for at least five or six years. Other than wishing credit card fees weren't so expensive as my only complaint, these guys are helpful, responsive, and worthy of trusting with customer credit card information as well as my company banking and tax info. To say otherwise is just foolish.

This is the web site for our credit card business account. I have never had any problems as they are a reliable company. Any bad ratings are probably the result of someone who has a complaint about something they didn't like. I have been using this site for three years and visit this site once a week. Change the rating please.

This is the legitimate web site of a national company. If your company has an account with Merchant Services, you may need to use this site. Someone gave this site a poor rating - I suspect it's just because he or she is upset by the fees the credit card industry charges the merchant for accepting credit cards. As far as I know, this site is safe and Merchant Services is no worse than others in the credit card business.
