Is mises.org Safe?

This is a site devoted to the school of Austrian economics which has degenerated into small government, anti-taxation, "don't tread on me", anti-immigrant, pseudoscience, school of Libertarian rhetoric. There is a good reason this organization is located in Alabama. See: *****

This is THE site for learning about the most credible school of economics, the Austrian School, and for finding valid critiques of the dominant (via state support) Keynesian School. Highly recommended. The one comment that this is "white supremacist" is pretty amusing, since Mises was a Jew.

Die österreichische Schule (Mieses) versucht sich in der heute so dringend notwendigen Aufklärungsarbeit über monetäre Politik. Sie steht mit ihrer Forderung nach so wenig Staat als möglich im krassen Gegensatz zur keynesianisch-monetaristischen Planwirtschaft (Chicago Boys), wobei wir alle exklusiv privilegiert sind die praktisch negativ-katastrophalen Effekte des Keynesianismus bis zum bitteren Ende auskosten zu dürfen. Bereits Henry Ford konstatierte sinngemäß: „Wenn die Leute unser heutiges Geldsystem verstünden, dann hätten wir morgen bereits eine Revolution auf den Straßen.“ Auch Meyer-Amschel Rothschild ließ es sich nicht nehmen, sinngemäß folgendes zu behaupten: „Gebt mir die Kontrolle über das Geld einer Nation und ich schere mich nicht darum wer die Gesetze macht.“
