I get the feeling the entire site is nothing but a gigantic gimmick to steal your money I suggest you go to an actual site and use common sense, like Steam, Humble Bundle, or Origin, or a billion others. The way they acquire items in games is by hacking or otherwise finding access to other player's accounts and stealing their items. Funding them is funding cheaters. They also spam all the games for which they sell items.

This online store has integrated Paypal and Moneybookers very poorly. Like they advertise, after you pay you go to Support where you'll live chat with someone who confirms the order and then sends out some goon to deliver game money. It turned out "I get a refund". Reason being that their PayPal is broken. Ok, no problem, supposedly send me the money back in 24h. The manager has to do that. That's realistic, because you probably wouldn't want to give your employees access to your online wallets. Fine, then let's try Moneybookers. After Payment I get redirected to "http://paymentsuccess.asp/". With experience as a web developer, that means they configured it wrongly. But this part is so vital! It tells their own system that I paid. To the support clerk I'm just some guy saying I paid, but she has no way of knowing! She kindly offered me to use their other website http://goldicq.com, which has an even worse WOT rating than this site. I stopped there and asked for the manager. He was said to be issuing the refunds at $14 at both my PayPal and MoneyBookers. I don't believe this website is a complete scam. The English isn't great, the process takes pretty long but then they have to cope with so many restrictions the games put towards their business. On the other hand you can't successfully run a scam site with PayPal and figure this: what if you're some kind of modern day Japanese hermit who has no skills and nothing to do but play games online. You still need to eat, so sell virtual money online. It's such an easy way: do what you like and get money in return. I, as crazy gringo, will gladly buy that money to still have neat stuff but I'll spend the rest of my time doing things that actually matter. There is a market for this so there have to be real services for this. Currently I'm waiting twelve hours for the manager to come online, refund me my $28, tell me how to pay $14 so it gets registered OK and maybe give me a discount or a bunch of bonus credits for my trouble.
