I have had two bad experiences with these guys thus far. Both times my order took ALOT longer than expected. First item was a pre-order, but took them an extra month to ship my order - but I understood, pre-order, shortage of stock and all. The 2nd time the site said the item was In Stock, Fast Delivery - but nearly two weeks after the payments gone through and the good still wasn't shipped. After inquiring with their services team I was told they had to furfill other customer's orders first, and no ETA on my order was possible. What they charge seems a bit dodgy too. The site states "GST which will be collected at the cart and paid directly to NZ Customs" - which was fine. But on top of the GST they also charge a "Customs and Courier GST Processing Fee" - and that is after claiming Free Shipping. My first bad order with these guys I actually got contacted by the customs, who told me they have my package, and that I had to pay them a fee to release the it, otherwise they will send it back to the sender. I was unable to reach any of Mobicity's customer services folks for 3 days; couldn't reach them by phone, their live online team kept going offline abruptly when I contacted them with my problem, and I had no replies to my e-mails, so I ended up paying a total of around NZ$200 extra just for shipping and customs. Currently trying to get them to cancel my 2nd order (the one which is nearly two weeks late). I've been told that it'd take them around 5 days to process the cancellation - the site is still listing my order as "Pending Furfillment A" atm, even though their service team told me it's been flagged for a refund, so hopefully they would get round to processing it soon.

It's always a risk to go to an online vendor. Today I received my goods and in the process found the vendor responsive. The tracking system could do with an improvement.
