I ordered a pillow from this site on Mon Sep ***** The site says they ship usually within 1-2 business days. By Fri Sep 18, no email stating that the order had been filled and shipped. I cancelled my order on Sat Sep 19. I emailed on Mon Sep 21 to check if they had received my cancellation. No response. I phoned on Tues Sep 22 and talked to a rep. I was told they had received my cancellation, it was processed, but my order was going to a vendor and it might not reach the vendor on time. I might still receive the pillow but to return it, and I would receive a refund minus a restocking fee. If I don't receive an email of the order having been filled and shipped, then I would receive a refund within about 7 days. I followed this up with an email and receive a robot email from this company stating that if I cancelled my order than I am not to respond to this email. I wait and wait . No emails, no pillow, no refund on PayPal. I then send a email to this company through PayPal asking where is my refund. The date is Oct 1/15. Suddenly, within 1 hr of that posting, my pillow is shipped. I don't have a refund, an order I don't want and that was cancelled, an order that was placed on Sep 14 and shipped on Oct 1 from a website that ships within 1-2 business days. They IGNORED me on their website but now communicate on the PayPal email. Don't enter this website. They lie about their shipping practices. Those star ratings are done before people receive their products. I know because it's a rating about their website and how easy it easy to access it. It is a hassle trying to get my money back from them. There are other sites to buy goods. I eventually bought 4 pillows from Bed Bath & Beyond before this came to a head. I have shopped online from other websites and I have never had this kind of problem. EVER. It doesn't take that long to ship a product unless there is a scam happening.
