Is moneypak.com Safe?

i got a green dot moneypak at a locale store and when i tried to add the money to paypal they tolled me the info i put in was wrong even tho it was on my photo id and auto refunded the money after they would not take my info that includes my address. so if you want to risk losing your money use it but if not dont

Green Dot Moneypak notified my bank to close my account. I used Moneypak to fund my prepaid cards to pay bills. For some reason, they don't like it when you withdraw cash. How and why do they even have access to our transactions!? This is the third time I had a terrible experience from using thier service. After I called my bank they got my account unblocked, but warned Green Dot could notifiy them to permanently close my account.

I bought a money pak card from a corner store.. and they store didn't tell that I had to use the PIN number on receipt.. I called Greendot because it said "internal error" when I tried to use the card number after numerous calls back and force to Green dot with them trying to figure out where the money went... I used the PIN and the money was there..but I had waited almost a month. Lol
