Is mozy.com Safe?

Mozy got thru 80% of my initial backup and never transferred a single bit thereafter. I have e-mailed, on-line chatted and called trying to quit. They blab on about a special dept contacting me to cancel but it never happens. I'll have to work through my credit card provider.

I have used Mozy for nearly a year already and have accumulated about 1.2TB worth of data there, between two computers. Recently I had to restore from a backup. their website software doesn't work for anything over 20gb. their in program software simply freezes. all they could offer to me was "we can do a restore onto DVDs or a hard drive for $500+" mind you, they still will charge me over $500 even if i send my own drive. So they are holding my data hostage. They do not actually expect people to want their data back without paying a lot of money.
