Non c'è "relazione" tra la home banking e la filiale fisica in cui si possiede il C/C. Gli impiegati sono spesso incapaci di risolvere i problemi che si presentano nell'home banking ed il numero di help desk cura solo gli aspetti tecnici e non può fare nulla sulle operazioni bancarie. Quindi pessima espereinza. Peccato perché la banca sarebbe seria...

sito sicuro, intuitivo e semplice. Fa quello che deve. Attenzione ad internet explorer, se passate a firefox funziona molto meglio!

MPS, lato bancario, nulla da dire è una banca affidabile e forte. Pero da quando sono diventato cliente (MPS ha incorporato Banca Toscana), non riesco più a collegarmi al loro sito internet. Il loro help-desk è incapace di fornire le addatazioni da fare per pervenirci.
