Is mudah.my Safe?

I lodged an ad with ***** online market place. We opted to take the paid ad of which offered to check and approve the ad within 4 hours during business hours and paid by paypal. I have been mucked around for several days with them providing proof of payment, then requesting personal information that the site does not normally ask for, all of which was provided however they have still not provided the service they advertise. I have had to do all the contacting or they don't bother to let me know what is happening or when they require additional information. I have been asked everything short of a full body cavity search, all for an ad (??). They have not returned my money either. I have since advertised elsewhere for free to find the experience more pleasant and less invasive. I would suggest others to think about doing the same.
