Is munrocrafts.com Safe?

Munro is a good company. I was looking for a large variety and good quality. and Munro has it. While in town visiting family in Southfield. I visited 3 places for beading supplies. Munro was a recommended spot to stop. I was pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of beads, semi-precious stones, storage & display options, as well as, many other crafts that they cater to. As for the service, I have no complaints in that department. It seems that people may have a problem getting service, just waiting in one of the isles. But, if you go to the counter, the uncommonly large staff(for the size of the store) of 6 - 10+ stock & sales attendants in the store would help you. I know I had no problem. Over all good experience, I can't wait to go back.

I Recently visited this store and I was very surprised at how bad the service was. On top of that one lady who worked there was downright rude. You would think in this economy retailers would do everything they can to encourage customers to buy their product not to mention come back to the store. However, Munro is not that type of store. I recall going to another beading store and a lady mentioned Munro saying basically the same thing I said. She even said the store employees were like bead Nazis. After seeing for myself she was right on the money. BUYER BEWARE!!! This place is not worth your time and effort. There are other beading stores who would treat you with respect. Which is the way it should be.
