Purchased Hybrid Kit (electronic cigarette) from this company back in April 2013. A few months afterward, this business decided to just drop the original Hybrid Kit and market a "newer" version. In the process, I subsequently discovered they also no longer provide certain parts needed for use with the original Hybrid Kit. Thus, the consumer is left with either having to expend even MORE money to purchase the newer Hybrid Kit, or take their business elsewhere. Such conduct is borderline unethical. Particularly given the fact that my original expenditure for their original Hybrid Kit + accessories was over $170.00 (USD). Their customer service (telephone) I found to be unhelpful and the representative I spoke with was not the least bit friendly. Site is NOT suitable for children as it markets electronic cigarettes. In addition, the site's webmaster apparently has not realized that McAfee's SiteAdvisor rating has changed from green to yellow (approx. 5 months ago).
