Is mycheckfree.com Safe?

A family member used this site. When she died it took several months to get the account closed. I faxed information no more than twice to solve the issue. I had to beg the support staff to remove a ridiculous fee, which penalized us because of the death. The company even threatened to sick bill collectors, because they refused to communicate with anything more than robot calling machines. If they had simply taken the time to solve the issue via the contact methods mentioned in the fax, then it would have been solved effortlessly. The staff was also not knowledgeable about what I needed to send to close the account. I asked them questions, and the staff would act dumbfounded, as if nobody has ever died before. Extremely poor customer service. I would never use this company knowing how poorly they treated my family.
