It seems like all the apps on FB want access to "all" your information. I've used this app for a while and it's kinda cool, it sends msgs to people you're friends with on their birthdays (I can't remember them all). The point is there is Nothing to "view" more than is there, it's just a picture that says "greetings happy birthday" but it still makes people feel special. I haven't had any problems, or reports from friends. If you engage the app by clicking on it, then it wants to send b-day msgs for you too, and access to your friends. I don't keep any real personal info on FB anyway, so there is nothing of pertinence for them to "take." I don't know if it's truly sketchy or not, and from the sounds of the comments neither do these other people, they're assuming the worse, and perhaps that's the safest bet...

I am anti any app that requires access to all my details and contact details when the only reason I am here is that I received a birthday card notification and if I want to view it, I must give this app full access to everything?!?!?! Why does viewing a card sent to me necessitate this app having access to everything? Answer - it does not.

Got a facebook wall post saying that someone had sent me an E-Card with the "Greetings" app -- when I tried to view it, it loaded javascript from this domain (myfriendsgreetings.com), and it refused to show me the card unless I granted the app *full* permissions to all my information and the ability to post as me. I suspect it's a scammy Facebook worm. Hence, flagging this site, where that app's scripts are hosted.

Says "Powered by Eyari" on it. Per ***** , eyari is a suspicious / spammy site.
