It's one of those "clicking games" where you start out with a city, and each person can make one improvement to it per day. Since more people clicking your myminicity link means a bigger, nicer city, the site clearly encourages linkspamming in other forums, blogs, websites etc. Much like jj88 beside me LOL Edit: If you have a MiniCity/Miniville, there are some "click exchange" engines that you can use to build your city without spamming everywhere. Check out: ***** and *****

really fun website, u make a city tell your friends to go to your city website to increase population of your city sum advertisements but really entertaining and fun for children of all ages
