I needed to return a pair of shoe. E-mailed and eventually spoke to someone about sending the shoes back for a refund. The seller instructed me to try to sell them to someone else. I stated I needed to send these back for a refund. No further response. POOR POOR customer service and don’t expect to get your money back or be provided a method to send them back.
