If you have a SonicWALL device you probably have an account on this site. I have had my problems in the past with customer service from SonicWALL and their products have been in my arsenal long enough that I have horror stories about each one of them but I could also complain about my children so take that for what it is worth. SonicWALL and this site are doing their best which is better than most so I will forgive them their trespasses.
