Is nabru.co.uk Safe?

Company link spammed our site with a link advertising their website in an attempt to game google's rankings and admitted it in an email they sent. See below: "Hello, I am contacting you in relation to the site xxxx My name is Iain Cowsill and I am responsible for the website www.nabru.co.uk We recently received an email from Google penalising nabru for having a number of unnatural links pointing to our site resulting from past link building work. The only way that Google will consider removing this penalty is if we manage to remove a large number of links to nabru, therefore I REALLY need your help to remove these links. The following pages on your site contain links to our site: xxxxx Your prompt attention and confirmation when the links have been removed would be highly appreciated. Any site links that we cannot remove by request will have to be added to a disavow report which will be sent to Google when we submit nabru for reconsideration. I would rather not include your site, as this could flag it for potential spam, so it really is in your interest to help and remove any links to our site.
