Is natwest.com Safe?

natwest suggested I moved my ISA savings to a 'better rate account' without warning me of the irreversible damage this would do to my savings. i could not then put it back into an ISA, when I realised the rate wasn't so great anyway. they refused to take any blame for this at all, and gave me nothing. when i went to the bank to cancel the guy was filling out the online cancelling forms, and just skipping through the form - just putting n/a in every box. I pointed out that actually I would like to give a reason for cancelling! He was shocked. it's obvious that they are trained just to do everything quickly without any care for customer service. just writing this makes me so angry i am going to have to stop now. anyway, still receiving emails/letters etc. I HATE NATWEST NATWEST IS AWFUL

Safe (ish) but not recommended as a bank. they make so many mistakes it's ridiculous. When my mother died they made a string of very shoddy errors one after another, each time saying they were very sorry. The local branch manager was great but the non face to face services are shocking for such a well known bank

Good site, but times out really quickly when your logged in. However, there is a button which keeps you logged in for longer named 'special needs' !!!! Just wanted to say just because you can't check everything on your bank statement in 1 minute does not mean your a 'specal needs case' lol cheeky monkeys!!
