hi-jacks your browser so you can't close it without force quit. It makes a pop up window that you should not click on......

It's National Database, a database useful to find scammers and the like. I don't understand how someone can give it a "negative" rating in the past, base on it not being used at that time. On the outside, that would be "neutral"?

***** used to be the National Discount Brokers site back in 2001 or so. Now it's a placeholder site with no credentials. I've given this a negative trustworthiness rating.
