Customer service will make excuses as to why you haven't received your refund in the allotted time...In fact there was one instance(and one is enough) that I never received it even after they told me it should show up in a few days...a few days..
Waits till book has accumulated substantial fees to notify you that the rental is due.
Doesn't send reminder emails.
terrible company. Website is safe, but their business practice is sketchy at best.
terrible excuse of a company. Used them in July. First they tell me my books will be picked up in store (thats fine) then i get a phonecall saying they are getting shipped from a different state....ok that's fine too....but come to find out my books sat in the storefor 3 weeks before i got so fed up with the company not giving me shipping information that they said "well the books were in the store the entire time so it's your fault not ours."
To top it all off I returned the books a month before the due date in excellent condition, yet they charged me with another $31.17 without notice TWO MONTHS LATER!
Don't use this company they are complete crap, the customer reps have no idea what's actually going on with your order and they end up stealing from you in the end.
