This site is a scam. They manipulate private data and charge agents 30% of their commission to skew data in their favor. If you don't pay them the stats are detrimental. . BLACKMAIL! This site should not exist messing with people's hard earned good reputation by manipulating data unless you pay them. All sorts of wrong.

Neighborcity is the worst site ever. Buyer/Seller beware.... The site charges Realtors 30% of their commision to List/Sell a home and promises the Buyer/Seller to pay them a bonus to close with the agent... Buyer/Seller never sees the money.
