I personaly am a nerd and will say that these guy running this service are awesome but as for the Nerds that they hire some are great and some not so. Please do not rate us(all nerds) poorly just because one of us was bad, just note it one your survey that you receive after being serviced. We implement a 3 strike system so after three bad calls that Nerd will be let go. As for the Privacy rating we are "Required" to adhere to a strict client data policy, also note that any personal information that you are asked for, ie phone number, street address, etc., is strictly for our records and will never be shared with anyone outside of the Nerd Network.
