I would suggest using an ad blocker since every time you click on the screen it will direct you somewhere else which for me is always a red flag but as long as you just make sure nothing pops up that isn't needed, don't touch anything that isn't the screen and if you click the screen, always have an ad blocker on stand by. They don't ask you for your info unless you sign up, they don't urge you to give them your private info, just a bunch of risky/suspicious pop ups whenever you interact with the screen.
