Belgian coöperative banking project. This is an cooperative with more then 50,000 members. The are not a bank at present - 2018-
but the hope to become one some day. It was started with this goal originally.
People can buy a share for as little as 20 euro to become a member. All services the offer under there brand are provided by other partners, like an UK pre-paid Card company and an French insurance company.

Didn't have personal experience yet with this bank, but I had informations from a really trustworthy source about the bank being ethic and donating to charity every time someone recharges his prepaid card.
