Is newbalance.com Safe?

Bought myself some new shoes from the local newbalance official store. When i was in the shop and tried them on, they fit me really good and they were quite comfortable as well. However, comfort became a big issue later on, as it became almost impossible to wear them. You see, i can be outside for most of the day and i need my shoes to be comfy. But with new balances i want to come home as fast as possible. Maybe it’s just this particular model that’s the problem, but it left a really bad impression on me about this company…
