Is nhd.weebly.com Safe?

First of all, I'm going to say that the NHD officials must have had a hard time deciding how to handle the website catagory, and they could have done much worse. Also, I did not pay for this service. However... It's annoying to use and had problems which glitches--on both a PC and a Mac--but I guess it gets the job done. It does level the playing field, but it is a pain in the bottom to work with. For example, I couldn't change the font color without using another theme. And if I wanted to use two different font colors which aren't together in any theme? Then I'd have to make one from scratch. I must admit that my experiance of HTML/CSS is quite basic, and I am glad that Weebly makes it easy. However, honestly, there are too many limitations and glitches for a national contest. The least that NHD could do is allow websites created from other FREE website makers (such as Freewebs or whatever), thus still keeping the playing level but less limited. NHD currently is requireing all sites to made with nhd.weebly Yes, I know, that .nhd.weebly has a lot of the Weebly plus (or pro or whatever it is called) features that a normal free Weebly account doesn't. But 1) Some (like the favicon, for me, and believe me, I tried tons of times on at least three computers and waited well over two weeks) don't work and never have, and 2) overall don't make a huge difference.
