Is niobux.com Safe?

I was registered as an advertiser and actually have been scammed on my budget paid to their website, because it was intended for PTSU adverts and there are 90% fake signup records, then either no refund at all or waiting since months for their Support to react. They refuse to make a solution like to change the budget to another type of advertising or to refund it. They claimed, that there are complaints from both sides on PTSU ads (advertisers and users), thus, I would conclude, that they are not paying to those allegedly signed up via offers, nor advertisers getting what they have paid for. REPORTING NOW LOUDLY — SICK AND TIRED OF THEM! P.S. I can provide the necessary screenshots and other docs per request, if necessary to shut them down !
