Used the program for a week. That is a very long time in a business sense. Could not edit documents properly with the program crashing mid-work. I asked for a refund and the company refused. I've since purchased Adobe Acrobat 9 and have had no problems. Bainbridge and NitrPdf are epic failures when it comes to customer service.
