I'd like to give somewhat weaker rating for child safety because cheating or neglect with environmental matters like heavy metal or uranium pollution are not good for children and insult physical privacy and dangers health of people. In my opinion the trustworthiness and vendor reliability of this company is negative.
Helpful
What would be vendor reliability, and trustworthiness 1) when company predicts that there is more than 2 grams gold per ton, but in practice it is between 1-1.2 grams. 2) company predicts production of 5 kg gold during summer 2012, but is still 3 or 4 kg per day as monthly average 3) there has two new emissions and the owners have lost 93.7 % of stock value in 12 months (May23.2013) ***** 4) there has been two leaks of heavy metal and sand dust waste to ditches 5) the environmental permits are still in court, and not legally solid. The surpervision authority says that main permit should be renewed due to mistakes. This has not been communicated to shareholders. Information about earlier permit cancellation was given late..
2
Nordic Mines appear not have informed shareholders about problems with environmental permit. Normally listed companies should report all matters affecting their value, but this company constantly fails informing about possible environmental permit problems. The supervising authority says that the permit should be renewed because of about 10-fold sulphate amounts. The mine says it need to dump 1.3 million m3 instead of 0.9 million m3 what they applied. ***** There appears to be other problems with the mine permits, for example high amounts of permit requiring cobalt has been measured from the mine waters.
