That would be such things as how long is it taking for a page to load, how long for the images on a page to load, which browsers are having issues rendering certain pages, how long is it taking for customers to add items to a cart, how long to check out, etc. As far as tracking, they are probably interested in your browser type to sort data (especially problems) by browser and your IP address to sort data geographically (roughly - it's not accurate) and determine who your service provider is. They should not have any particular interest in you specifically. New Relic, of course, just sells their tools to companies with web sites. So they are not the ultimate decision maker in what data is collected and kept - the owners of the web sites decide that. In general, this sounds pretty harmless, and I'm letting it though.
