This organization used to simply promote the safe use of firearms, however, now has become a political organization that promotes violence and disinformation. See: ***** See: *****

NRA is useful if you are interested in firearms. There are also many organizations in many states that provide better local information on shooting and local legal/political issues.

Politician A: Hey, let's get the name of every avid gun owner on a list, so that forming a dictatorship will be much easier for our grandsons. Politician B: Okay, I bet I can think of a way to get them to volunteer their names, and fork over some cash in the process. Politician A: How's that? Politician B: Let's make it a 'club'. Politicians A & B: Hahahahahahaahahahaha?

In the address recently stated that more flying bits of led will keep our kids safe, and did not once acknowledge the shooting of the Sandy Brook Elementary during their address.

Lots of facts and information here that comes from scholarly sources, whether or not one agrees. Very informative site that promotes preservation of the constitutional rights that makes all Americans free. A civil rights site.
6
I'm a 2nd Amendment advocate and an NRA member, but I REALLY REALLY HATE IT when Wayne LaPierre starts spamming my inbox telling me an asteroid is going to hit earth and that humanity will cease to exist if I don't renew my membership.
5
This is the website of the National Rifle Association, an American 2nd amendment advocacy group. Although an individual might not like their politics, the site is probably OK.
9
Don't rate this site badly just because you're a leftist or communist. WOT isn't about pushing political agendas.
7
This site has great information to help you defend you 2nd Amendment rights.

Sends unsolicited merchandise.

They sold out a long time ago. They preach about Constitutional rights but will trample all over them to get what they want (probably money). They supported the "Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act" which is unconstitutional. They also supported The NICS Improvement Amendments Act (H.R. 2640). Look in to ***** if you want to support te second amendment.
