The IP address traces here. The domain was created in Jan 2015, and updated last Dec. The contact may or may not be real, Name: ENGAGED MANAGER Organization: ENGAGEMARKETMANGROUP Mailing Address: 2637 N WASHINGTON BLVD SUITE 300, NORTH OGDEN UT 84414 US Phone: ***** Ext: Fax: Fax Ext: Email:ENGAGEMARKETMANGROUP@OUTLOOK.COM". Probably a mail drop. Someone is using this firm's services to send out poorly created spam.
