if you want to buy a phone from this website just don't, you'll have a bad experience , and you'll not be refunded. the support service don't even listen to you and try to avoid giving you information if you want to be refunded.

I'd advise staying away from this one. Bought a Nubia z9 Max, they sent the wrong device and spent a week telling me they sent the correct one. I trusted sending it back, as they eventually asked (as I shall eventually have to turn to PayPal to have a refund), now they avoid sending me the device yet have my money and what a sum it is. I feel duped. The service is quite bad, ignorant, distant with little information. The only plus-side is they answer but usually every 48 hours. The E-mails are useless in their content. Use at your own risk. As a footnote, I notice another reviewer mentioned 'template'. It's exactly what I had. Each E-Mail was basically a carbon-copy.

Just bought a ZTE Nubia V5 Max and it was delivered within 2 weeks to Australia. Phone was exactly what was stated + a few extra phone goodies (protector, sd card reader + more). I was a bit screptical about the site at first but I contacted the paypal email address that I paid to andthey replied within 2 days advising me of the tracking number and within 2 days it was on my door step.Great phone also :-)

never received any goods after payment, stay away from this website. These guys have template after anybody submits the order.which speaks out as @we are preparing your parcel meanwhile we will update the tracking number soon. @ Typical Chinese fraudsters
