When I purchased my Nutri Bullet through the phone. (saw a TV ad), I was not told the correct amount that I would be charged. I was told that the first payment would be$36.50 and when I got the invoice in the mail, my invoice stated I was charged $38.38. Then I also found out I was yet lied to again. I was told that I could try Nutriliving Superfoods SuperBoost free and all I had to do was pay for Shipping and Handling; however, that was not to be the case. I noticed that my invoice stated that I was charged $24.99 for a second Nutriliving Nutiliving Superfoods SuperBoost , which I was told would not be delivered, unless I did not cancel within 30 days and at that time, that is when the second Nutiliving Superfoods SuperBoost would be delivered. They lied and did not do as they said they would. I have also found that this product comes with no warranty, you have to be charged an additional fee, if you want it to have a warranty. I should have bought the Ninja instead, as it does what this can, in addition to turning into a food processor.The Ninja come with a warranty! Twice I have had the juice seep out the top while blending, very messy. I also have had twice the food get stuck inside and I had to wait a lot longer to get it unstuck, or I would have to stop and start the machine again! I have made a complaint to them, through the Better Business Bureau and about 3 weeks later no response from this company. Oh one more thing, I have called the cancellation number that they gave me numerous times, but conveniently they are always too busy and experiencing high call volume. Even when I finally got through twice, I left my number twice for a call back and would be in the cue, for this call back, but I never got a call back. Due to the fraud, from the amount they said they would charge, then charged me more, then what they said they would, I reported them to my credit card company! Extremely Bad Customer Service and numerous ethical issues! Buyer Beware!
