Is occipital.com Safe?

Website is safe to use (no porn, trojans, etc), but company lacks contact information and does not answer or is slow to answer email. The product does not really work and they do not clearly state how to use it. This is not a very reputatble company. Beware. There are no instructions, lack of software for product. Avoid buying this 3 D scanner at all costs. This is an overpriced scam. You cannot really return product without ending up in an endless cycle. My husband ordered 3D scanner but had no way to practically use it, could not get plain English help and no phone line or way to return. Sending to return address resulted in refusal and no one to sign. Email gets caught in a spam filter and gets answered too late if at all. Beware! Avoid!
