Is oempartsquick.com Safe?

I chose to order a part from this site, knowing I was paying a lot more than every where else, just to end up receiving the wrong item and poor customer service. I was sent the wrong part, even after I entered in the Vin# for my car before placing the order. It took me contacting multiple times over a week's time before I got a response, only to be shown no empathy for the experience with my first order and no options given for a resolution except to return and wait to get a refund after they were reimbursed. -I'm sorry, but driving without a tail light for weeks while I return the item and wait for a replacement or refund does not work for me. This company clearly doesn't pride itself in taking care of the customer by choosing to do business this way. I won't be spending my money with them ever again.
