Is onedrive.live.com Safe?

I'm only giving 3 star as si ce gallery Samsung is now done gone for Samsung users in gallery .Mr Bill Gates who has developed taking money from Samsung users ie £9.99 a month from July. With 15 gb free then u have to with 2000 photo in 5 years under Samsung photo I have to pay fir one drive Microsoft. That goes against my freedom of speech my freedom of expression ie Microsoft Mr Bill Gates ie anti vaccine .gut getting involved with politics medicine when Mr Bill Gates is neither . I'm upset gallery is replaced by one drive Microsoft. Hence I do not like Google. Again for my search on Internet I have to use Google chrome. Making people pay is wrong and unethical .what about 3rd World countries who cannot afford to pay for one drive
