This website sent me a dozen promotional emails over a period of several days, although I had never contacted them or done business with them. When a company sends me unsolicited advertisements, especially in such a high volume, it indicates that this is not a reputable company. I can only assume they purchase email lists from spam brokers. In addition, they make it difficult to unsubscribe from their promotional emails; they require first logging in to an account, which may not exist. Poor business practices.

Unethical: Business model is designed to target impulse buyers and to offer no recourse: time limits are set on wares to scare impulse buyers into feeling they cannot reflect on a purchase and return policy ensures that there is no recourse when reality sets in. There is no functional purpose to the time limits of sale other than to apply pressure on the consumer. Furthermore, wares are invariably China-quality marketed to appear upscale.

I have ordered from them twice, both times I have been very pleased, no problems at all, also customer service has responded quickly. I wish WOT was more forthcoming with the info that causes them to give a site an unsatisfactory rating, it would help in making a more informed decision
