Is online-console.com Safe?

I found this site recently, and over concerns of if this site was safe; I decided to test it for viruses. This site makes you lower your java security settings to "low". Which is very dangerous. After adding an exception to my security setting's using the Java Control Panel. ( I advise you not to attempt this.) The game that it promised loaded up, and played without a problem. I then removed the Java exception from my control panel. *Good Site* A flash scan of my computer revealed no threats installed from the java application. *Privacy Risks* Although I cannot tell if any information was collected from my computer from the java application. *Potentially Illegal* I found no documentation of permission to use copyrighted work on their site. I also found no copyright complaints listed towards them on; https://www.google.com/transparencyreport/removals/copyright/search/?q=online-console.com There is no child safety feature. No viruses detected.
