Reputable site implementing the Netflix / Walmart class action suit.

More people who want to make a killing by capitalizing on the "Let's get Netflix" movement.

Yes CNN confirms the lawsuit and links to this site. So I'll accept it as true for now. If I start to get an unhealthy amount of spam, I'll come back to give a negative rating.

Really!?. Are there robots rating sites now? This is a *real* lawsuit and a real site, so it is NOT phishing. See HackingNetflix.com. Whether it is a waste of time, or who gets to see any information you choose to provide is another issue. As of this date, there could be no bad experiences on this site because nothing has happened yet. And yes, email addresses are often provided to the courts on class action lawsuits. The company that created the site is RustConsulting.com, which is highly rated on WOT. How is it getting such low ratings? Especially on "child safety"???? All the site contains is boring text. The "scam" seems to be a concerted effort to downgrade a legitimate site that has existed less than a month. I don't care much about the site or the lawsuit (well, except for the feeling of the lawyers are the only ones that could profit here), but if someone is interested in finding out more about this lawsuit, this site is nothing but informative.

An article today from CNN (http://money.cnn.com/2011/11/16/technology/netflix_class_action_lawsuit/) gives this link to submit claim. Therefore, I believe it should be considered valid.

***IF YOU GET AN EMAIL FROM THIS SITE, DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK!*** It sends an email to some users stating that they noticed you paid for Netflix during a certain date and you're automatically involved in a lawsuit against Netflix and ***** problem with this. They would have invaded privacy in order to get this information. The only way for them to get your email is Netflix selling the information to a 3rd party, which I hardly doubt is this site. You're supposedly automatically added to the lawsuit. As far as I know, it's illegal to force someone into a lawsuit. This is only used to emotionally jar someone into giving out their information
