Is opentip.com Safe?

Deceptive pricing and bad customer service. The product description said I would get 400 for the purchase price. This seemed a little too good, so I emailed customer service to confirm. I got a prompt response --yes, 400 for that price. So I bought them, and they only sent me 40. This amount was too few to be worth the price, so I emailed again wanting to return them for a refund. This time-- no response. Apparently they are easy to get in touch with to make a sale and impossible to reach once there's a problem with it.

horrible customer service it takes long time to process orders over $300 dollars they all don't speak English very good sounds like they are outsourced just a bad website to order things avoid this website at all cost!!!! go buy it somewhere else and don't try to call them they will call your house too about the your order.

I'm not too crazy about this place. No one spoke English too good on the customer service line and they asked me odd questions over the phone which I would not answer, like credit card info and so forth. Also one item did not arrive, though they did refund it. Never got a tracking number and took slightly longer than average to arrive. Buy from them at your own risk.
